Enumclaw Independent Film Pitch
Enumclaw is a terrifying, heart pounding, horror thriller that centers on a reality television producer, Jennifer McDonagh and her crew of Paranormal Experts, as they investigate the forest surrounding Enumclaw, Washington, which according to local legend, is haunted by the spirit of a cannibalistic serial killer, Jack Lance. Three FBI Agents, led by Patrick Combs, also investigates the area after finding evidence linking the town to a string of missing person’s cases going back as far as Lance has been presumed dead. Comb’s thinks that Jack Lance could still be alive.
Jennifer and her crew do not encounter the ghost, and the FBI agent’s do not track down a living Jack Lance, at least not as human. Instead, the two groups encounter an evil far more dark and encompassing than they could ever imagine. They fall prey to a ravenous man-eating creature, known as the WENDGO, demonic possessions, and a sinister man that will stop at nothing to keep the town’s sins of the past secret.
Can these two groups work together and survive the horrors in the forest? Or, will they be the next victims to walk into the woods surrounding the town of Enumclaw, never to be seen again.
Believe Films, LLC is a Houston TX based production company that specializes in low budget horror movies, one of the hottest segments in the film industry. Believe Films LLC is prepared to open a separate production entity, Enumclaw Productions, LLC, specifically dedicated to produce the feature motion picture, Enumclaw. Believe Films, LLC is seeking a budget of 1 million dollars to create a top quality movie at a low cost to maximize market share and minimize financial risk. This “common sense” business model increases the chances of recouping initial investments and creates an opportunity for “breakout” potential.
We are currently in the Developmental Phase for this Production which is scheduled to shoot this Fall. Our goal is to shoot either in the State of Washington (up to 30% tax incentive) or Louisiana.

Just want to thank you for your materials and help over the past year. I could not have raised the $1.5 million or made this film without the materials you provided -- and for $99? The bargain of my career!
This is perfect! I have potential investors but I had no idea how to prepare a professional investment package to present to them. (I'm an artiste', not a business person. :) ) The information is clear and easy to understand, and Melissa is very prompt in answering emails.
When I came across the Business Plan Tools and the Finance Guide, I felt like I could stop searching for the pot of gold...I’d found it. In one place, with clear, easy to follow materials and spreadsheets, my questions were answered.
Hi Melissa! I purchased Package #3 a couple of days ago, and I feel like I'm taking a crash course in film financing. So far, what I've read and learned has been invaluable. Thank you!
I've made short films before, but this is my first feature, and the first film I've tried raising money for. This template, actually the whole package, has been invaluable and well worth the money I spent on it. So much information is packed into what I got that I'm almost dizzy from it all.
